*Tsingtao is a high quality**, award wining and **well established* *professional massage spa located in Unionville, looking for receptionists to join our front desk team.* Excellent clientele, flexible working hours, friendly co-workers, convenient location. *Job duty includes:* * Be the first point of contact & greeting our guests * Receiving calls, replying to voicemails, missed calls and email etc. * Making appointments & confirming reservation * Educating client in regards to different services * Processing payments and receipts * Organizing files and stocks * Providing refreshments * Resolving guest challenges, utilizing support from the Spa Manager when necessary * Other duties, but not limited to: Laundry, Basic Cleaning & maintenance, Social Media, Coordinating with spa managers with daily work, and other administrative duties as required. *Qualifications:* * 1 year minimum experience as a receptionist or related experience * Excellent level of customer service skills in professional and friendly working environment * Strong organization, communication and multitask skills in busy environment * Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an asset * Well presented (Smile, Hair and Makeup) * be willing to be trained and learn about the standard procedures and services in spa * Be punctuated and have reliable transportation. *What is it like to work here?* * Peaceful working atmosphere, which can be busy at times. * Work with friendly health care professionals, who appreciate you as a member on board * provide full training for high-end spa customer service skills, & great opportunity to grow within the company Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Language: * any other language (required) Work Location: In person
