The professor will facilitate the integration of learning and professional development for secondary education students. Responsibilities include synthesizing program knowledge and guiding students through the challenges of entering the teaching profession.

A Master's degree in education is required, with a preference for a doctorate in a relevant field. Candidates must possess recent full-time teaching or administrative experience in technological education, including five years of implementing Ontario curricula.
