Intégration des savoirs, savoir-être, savoir-faire et savoir-agir de l'enseignant ou de l'enseignante en devenir. Examen des enjeux associés à l'insertion dans la profession et à la construction de l'identité professionnelle. A Master's degree in education is required, with a preference for a doctorate in a relevant field. Candidates must possess recent full-time teaching or administrative experience in technological education, including five years of implementing Ontario curricula.
