As a Sales Floor Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. The Store Supervisor collaborates with management to oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining visual merchandising standards. They are also responsible for training team members and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and proven leadership skills in a customer service environment. A passion for interior decor and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.
