As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends). What You Will Do * Replenish product on the sales floor * Manage and receive stock * Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient * Support Customer Service and Experience * Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confiming placement of all products on sales floor What You Bring * 1 year Customer Service experience preferred * Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred * Detail oriented and organized * Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending * Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture * Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (15-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift (store operation hour is 9:30am to 6:30pm) Why Join Urban Barn: * We don't just sell home décor, we help furnish life's biggest moments * A 40% discount on Urban Barn products * Opportunities for professional development and advancement * We offer a fun work environment with a collaborative team that loves to talk design Urban Barn offers a welcoming environment where inclusion, diversity and equity are paramount. The associate is responsible for managing incoming stock deliveries, maintaining backroom organization, and replenishing products on the sales floor. They also support visual presentations and provide assistance to customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service or retail experience and be comfortable with physical tasks like lifting up to 50lbs and moving furniture. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for at least one weekend and one weekday daytime shift.
