As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our participants have a blast while engaging in recreational sports. About Us: Urban Rec is all about fostering a culture of fun, social interaction, and physical activity for adults. With operations across various regions, we provide accessible opportunities for individuals to enjoy recreational sports and activities. Position Summary: As a League Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our leagues, ensuring that participants have a positive and safe experience. Your duties will include setting up and taking down equipment, keeping track of time and scores during games, and promoting upcoming events and league registrations. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and take down equipment * Manage time and score-keeping during matches * Submit detailed shift reports * Act as an ambassador for Urban Rec, promoting events and league registrations * Address any first-aid incidents or conflicts between teams * Interact with participants to ensure their enjoyment * Handle conflict between participants What We Offer: * Influence league decisions and enhance the participant experience * Receive free official Urban Rec apparel * V.I.P Priority registration for your team in any of our leagues * Access to staff social events * Opportunity to connect with thousands of like-minded individuals Rate of Pay: * $19.00/hour (inclusive to 4% vacation pay) If you're enthusiastic, dedicated, and love being part of a vibrant community, we want you on our team!
