Please reach out to book a tour of the practice and meet our team https://northvanpethospital.com/ About the Role Our ideal Vet Assistant will counsel and educate clients, under the direction of a Veterinarian or a RVT, on various aspects of animal care such as dosage/purpose of medications, home care, vaccination requirements, and preventative healthcare recommendations. In collaboration with the team, they will suggest and explain laboratory procedures and testing. They will also greet, handle, and treat animals in a way that contributes to an environment in which animals feel safe and secure. Why Join The North Vancouver Team? The Veterinary Assistant will educate clients on animal care, medications, and preventative health while assisting with laboratory procedures. They are also responsible for greeting, handling, and treating animals to ensure a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in veterinary assistance and capable of working collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient and client care are required.
