About Vilnora Vilnora operates in the premium interiors and building-materials market, providing high-quality cabinetry, millwork, surfaces, and interior material solutions. We work with builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, homeowners, and business partners across residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, build relationships, and grow Vilnora's client network across British Columbia. The Role You will identify sales opportunities, meet prospective clients, understand project needs, present Vilnora's products and solutions, follow up on quotations, negotiate opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This position is ideal for an experienced salesperson who can work independently, build their own network, travel to meet clients, and deliver measurable sales results. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities throughout British Columbia. Build relationships with builders, developers, contractors, designers, architects, homeowners, and B2B partners. Conduct client meetings, showroom appointments, site visits, presentations, and product introductions. Develop industry contacts and referral relationships. Understand project requirements, budgets, timelines, and client priorities. Present Vilnora's cabinetry, millwork, surfaces, and related interior solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales materials. Negotiate opportunities and close sales while following company pricing policies. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. Develop repeat business and referral opportunities from existing clients. Attend trade shows, networking events, showroom events, and other business-development activities. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales commitments are communicated clearly. Qualifications & ExperienceRequired 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath, construction, building materials, architectural products, surfaces, flooring, doors, windows, or related industries. Proven ability to generate new business and develop client relationships. Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience managing a sales pipeline and revenue targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation suitable for a premium brand. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Comfortable travelling throughout British Columbia. Valid BC driver's licence. Reliable personal vehicle. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and digital sales tools. Preferred Existing network among builders, developers, designers, architects, contractors, or related businesses in BC. Previous B2B or territory-sales experience. Experience selling customized or project-based products. Knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, building materials, architectural products, or interior finishes. Ability to understand basic drawings or project specifications. Post-secondary education in business, sales, construction, architecture, interior design, or a related field is an asset. Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian language skills are an asset. Compensation & Incentives Our compensation structure rewards strong sales performance: $20.00/hour base wage Commission based on a percentage of sales revenue Performance bonuses Sales contests and top-performer incentives Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Mobile phone allowance Internet allowance Specific commission terms and incentive details will be discussed with qualified candidates. Schedule Part-time: 16–24 hours per week Flexible schedule Independence in planning client visits and sales activities Occasional availability for networking events, trade shows, showroom events, and client appointments What Success Looks Like Performance will be measured through: Qualified leads generated New client relationships Client and showroom appointments Quotations and opportunities created Sales conversion and revenue Repeat and referral business Consistent pipeline and CRM management Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads. You should enjoy meeting new people, approaching businesses, developing relationships, following up consistently, and confidently asking for the business. Selling premium and customized products is consultative. Product knowledge, credibility, responsiveness, and strong follow-through are essential. This role provides flexibility and independence, together with clear accountability for sales activity and results.
