Mentors will provide 1-on-1 coaching to students targeting Equity Research roles, sharing insights on interviews and technical preparation. They will also assist in developing investment theses and high-quality stock pitches.

Candidates should have experience in Equity Research, either on the sell-side or buy-side, and possess a strong background in valuation and financial modeling. Clear communication skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback are essential.
