The position involves providing professional hair styling services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and contributing to the overall client experience. *Responsibilities* * Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences * Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations * Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue * Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere * Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments * Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training * Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals *Qualifications* * Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations * Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work preferred * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment * Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to clients * Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus * A passion for beauty trends, creativity, and continuous learning Join our team to deliver exceptional hair care services while fostering a positive client experience in a professional setting.
