How Will You Make An Impact Chartwells at SFU is looking for a Marketing Co-op Student to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your marketing skills, bring ideas to life, and contribute to exciting campus initiatives. You’ll work at the intersection of food, community, and creativity, helping shape how students experience dining on campus. As a Marketing Co-op Student, You Will Collaborate with unit managers and marketing team to plan and promote events, campaigns, and limited-time offers. Help design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, digital signage, table tents, etc.). Support social media efforts and track engagement using platforms like Instagram. Conduct walk-throughs of food service locations to ensure promotional materials and digital content are accurate and up to date. Assist in planning student engagement activities such as pop-up tables and giveaway events. Contribute to the creation of email blasts, welcome materials, and signage for orientations and campus events. Take part in creative brainstorming, planning meetings, and contribute fresh ideas that drive student engagement. About You You’re enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related post-secondary program. You have a creative eye and love working on campaigns that connect with student audiences. You have strong grammar and written communication skills, with sharp attention to detail when editing and proofreading. You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. You’re excited about working on campus and collaborating with different departments.
