We invite you to join our team as a Community Activity Worker in the beautiful city of Kelowna, nestled in the heart of the Okanagan Valley—a region renowned for its stunning landscapes and vibrant communities. Position Overview We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Activity Worker to join our dynamic team in Kelowna! This is a permanent part-time position (0.62FTE) and works dayshifts on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Your Role In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing established activities to meet clients’ activation, life skills, recreational, and social needs, fostering their overall social, physical, and emotional well-being. The position involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and encouraging their participation in various activities. As a valued team member, you'll have the opportunity to adapt and modify activities to cater to the special needs of clients, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
